Booking Policies

These terms apply to sessions at OUTONSPACE Studios in Norman, Oklahoma. Custom-project terms can be confirmed in writing before the session.

Booking deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due after your request is approved. The session is reserved once the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due before the session begins.

One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

Late arrival does not extend the reserved end time.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments when availability allows.

Clients must back up delivered files. The studio retains project files for 14 days unless arranged otherwise.

The exact studio address and access instructions are sent after booking confirmation. Sessions are by appointment only.

Custom projects, visual work, and longer bookings are scoped and confirmed in writing before any deposit is requested.
